This page is intended to be a portal to some of my project and researches.

Currently I am doing my PhD under the supervision of Gabriel Jimenez Moreno from Departamento de Arquitectura y Tecnologia de Computadores and Paolo Palazzi. It is about the Detector Control System of the TOTEM experiment at CERN (Switzerland). TOTEM is one of the new experiments in LHC.

Before this I had been working for the Junta de Andalucia government, as a system administrator employed by Steria.

My master thesis in computer engineering was the development of a framework work processing and simulating quantum information, with special focus on BB84 cyphering protocol. My supervisor was Adan Cabello and Fabian Frutos. I was awarded as the best Research & Development project made by an university student in 2006 by the Consejeria de Innovacion Ciencia y Empresa.

I have been also involved in many student related activities.
